Lakewood Lodge Motel

So we all know it's Colfax correct? Lol anyways staff are genuinely caring, hard working, good people. Who understands how it is to just need something or someone to just be on your side, and work with you... The rooms are consistently cleaned and kept up, the grounds are consistently kept up and it's a good place to just relax and take a break. Thank y'all for being you!!

Friend lives here it's actually pretty decent. But the owner wants peace, so if u like fighting don't come here. It's not a bad place to live. If you're looking to stay somewhere under 500 weekly this is it. Full kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Much larger inside than I imagined.

My husband and I were looking for a place with our children and the lady was very understanding of our situation. Her and her husband are very sweet people. They really keep this place clean and actually do Thier job. I have never meet anyone as nice as them. The rooms are clean and I would stay here anytime. I would suggest this place. They aren't rude they will work with you as long as you are nice and not cause any problems. I give this a 5 star motel and great job to the husband and wife running this place.

The owners here have strict rules and don't make exceptions, but that is understandable when considering the demographic that frequents the motels along that section of W Colfax. They seem to manage to run the nicest, cleanest and quietest establishment of them all. One hour there and it quickly becomes apparent these folks take great pride in their establishment and work very hard 24/7 to be diligent in keeping out the undesirable activities and at the same time keeping the guests comfortable. I'd really like and respect this family who works so hard and ours everything back into it. Kudos to them!

Under new management, great service, friendly, clean, pet friendly and kids are ok to have. Guest check in process. Doesn't tolerate illegal activity. Quiet place. Management on site at all times. Strive to make it a better place to stay. Making upgrades to rooms(remodeling rooms).

I am not sure who wrote that review a couple of months ago about the Lakewood Lodge but I do not appreciate it my Google account was hacked at the time but I would like to say that the Lakewood Lodge is a very very good place if you want to clean comfortable room the management is extremely nice and very very caring to the to the needs of their renters every time I've ever asked them for anything they have always tried to help me out and I would like to make this known into the management I am so sorry for the other review that was given!!!!

Best on the West(Colfax). The management is so amazing since they switched owners. Older managers were pretty difficult to deal with to say the least, and now it's the complete opposite. Would be out on the streets for sure if it wasn't for the manager being so understanding and patient. Clean rooms. Nice sized rooms and even better rooms with full kitchen if you're stay is going to be a bit longer. And YES THEY HAVE GREAT WIFI AVAILABLE!!

To be as Honest this motel has been amazing to me. I have been amazed at how management approachs all the difficult and unpredictable types of issues or problems that just naturally arise do to the unfavorable location of there building. They really take "thinking ahead" to the next level. And they always stay happy and optimistic. I thought that were just good at keeping a poker face for sake of hospitality, but no there generally pleased by there jobs. Iv been to motels that have much more prestige. However easily falls short to the tremendously accomodating business model this place has adopted. I am so grateful for there service and unwavering dedication to achieving a top level since of moral. Nothing but good vibes. Even when outside trouble starting bully's show up and attempt to reclaim the sense of lawlessness that the old management unfortunately fell to. They seem to scare them off quite easily. As if there gratuitous and welcomeing moral is there literal weakness. That's why I would dare to say this motel should be considered a high prestige motel. Ketchnet clean bathrooms new floors fresh looking paint. Tho iv been painting for a while so I know it's not fresh but sure does look and feel like it.. not at all was I expecting to be this pleased. Only negative thing I could think to say is it sure sucks when the location alone draws such a displeased group of people. Seen a couple two doors down laughing because the male acupent mistook a peace of there trash as a bug. The woman literally says I wish my phone wasn't dead I'd take a picture and write a review, we'd get our money back. I tip my hat to the new management. Kinda new!! Than. To the worker who slept outside because some stranger looked at my vehicle to menassingly I sure appreciate you keeping my gas tank from being molested #HEADING TO THE TOP.
